Where is my order?
The standard processing time for KETISH orders will be 2-3 days. You will receive your tracking information to the email provided at checkout. Please allow up to 48 hours for the provided tracking information to be updated.
Please note that we are doing our best to ensure the safety of our staff, distribution partners, front line workers, and our amazing clients, are at the very forefront. We ask for your patience and understanding during this time, for any delays that may occur throughout the process of receiving your order.
I haven’t received tracking info. Where can I find it?

Can I change my order?
We are quick on our feet, so unfortunately, once your order is placed, we are unable to process any change requests. You are welcome to place a return once your order is received.

How do I track my order?
You will receive an email once your order is processed, including your order number, courier, and a trackable link. Please wait for up to 24-48 hours for tracking info to become available.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery timings may vary depending on your delivery address.

- US: 5-7 days
- Europe, Can, Aus: 3-5 days
- Rest of the world: 5-7 days
Do you ship to my country?
Unfortunately, due to territory restrictions we can't deliver to the following countries: Afghanistan, Brazil, Egypt, Greece, Indonesia, Iran, Israel, Italy, Kazakhstan, Malaysia, Mexico, Pakistan, Peru, Qatar, Russia, Serbia, Spain, Syria, Thailand, Turkey, Turkmenistan.
KETISH will gladly accept returns on unopened or lightly used orders placed within 30 days or receipt. We only accept returns for items purchased through www.getketish.com.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
How do I place a return?
